Service Excellence Program
Through ARAMARK's Service Excellence Program, our Regional Service Manager
works as a partner with you to ensure your demanding quality and service
requirements are continuously satisfied.
Our Service Excellence Program helps you keep costs down by:
- On-site visits to ensure your needs are being met
- Quarterly Inventory Reviews showing both excessive and potential shortage of inventory
- Quarterly surveys that you send directly to the Senior Vice President of Cleanroom Services
- 24-hour emergency access
Garment Tracking System (GTS)
ARAMARK's Garment Tracking System (GTS) is a tool to help control and monitor
in-service garments, providing you the control you need. We assign a unique
serial number to each garment. When the barcode is applied to the garment and
assigned in the system, it uniquely identifies the individual garment
throughout that garment's service life.
GTS helps you keep costs down by:
- Eliminating over inventory
- Tracking and reviewing trends and usage
- Looking at problem areas before they become problems
- Identifying areas of improvement and eliminating waste
