Service Excellence Program

ARAMARK's Service Excellence Program is your assurance that we are
committed to the constant maintenance and improvement of our relationship.
At ARAMARK, cleanroom garment processing is only half of the program. Our
unique Service Excellence Program is the other half of our total program.
Through quarterly visits by our Regional Service Manager, we ensure that your
demanding quality and service requirements are continuously satisfied. We see
conditions that might develop into problems and take positive corrective
action. In addition, we ask you to grade our performance! For you, this
ensures a low-maintenance cleanroom garment service over the long run.
Our program consists of the following:
- Quarterly on-site visits by your Regional Service Manager
- Quarterly Inventory Reviews, showing both excessive and potential shortage of inventory
- Quarterly surveys that you send directly to the Senior Vice President of Cleanroom Services
- 24-hour emergency access
Through our Service Excellence Program we:
- Demonstrate that we actively support our pledge of Quality Service and are dedicated to meeting the needs and expectations of our customers on an ongoing basis.
- Provide an opportunity for the customer to discuss the strengths and weakness within our organization.
- Ensure a method that will help us to identify and correct problems before they become major obstacles
