Shipping / Return Policy

Authorization number for return of merchandise must be obtained in
writing. A restocking charge of 20% will apply on all material accepted for
credit provided such goods are in saleable condition. Custom products and
discounted items may not be returned for credit. Products accepted for
credit must be shipped freight prepaid. ARAMARK reserves the right to
decline returns shipped more than 60 days after the date the return
authorization is requested.
Return Procedure
To receive authorization for the return of merchandise, contact your
ARAMARK customer service representative and provide the following
information:
- Customer name and account number as it appears on the invoice.
- ARAMARK invoice number and date.
- The quantity, catalog number, description and lot number.
- Your purchase order number.
- The reason for return.
PRODUCT MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION.
After the above information has been completed and approved by your
ARAMARK representative, you will receive a written authorization number.
Please do not return any product without a written authorization number!
Warranties
Our products are warranted to be free from defects. For product found to be
defective, our obligation will be to replace the product. The user assumes
all risk of any direct or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use
of, or inability to use, this product. We make this warranty to the
commercial user in lieu of the warranties, expressed or implied. No
deviation is authorized. ARAMARK products are sold only with warranties
implied by law.
